Individual counselling for Anxiety

Individual counselling for Depression

Depression affects women at higher rates than men, and it can have a significant impact on their mental health. Exploring the signs and symptoms of depression, different treatment options, and strategies for self-care and managing depressive episodes can be crucial topics of discussion.

Family of Origin Processing

Our Family of Origin is the family unit in which we were raised. Their behaviors', value systems and biases become the  messaging system we take into adulthood.  While some of these messages can be helpful, oftentimes they are not.  These maladaptive "core beliefs" become the lens through which we view the world.    The goal of our sessions will be to identify and understand these dysfunctional messages and create a new and improved narrative.
