Research confirms that in most situations, Virtual Therapy is just as effective as face-to-face therapy. Virtual sessions are secure and the platform used follows PIPEDA guidelines, which ensures your privacy and confidentiality.

My Methods
I work from a Strength-based, Trauma Informed perspective focusing on a person's internal strengths and resourcefulness. Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy are models I use quite regularly in my practice.

Compassionate and non-judgemental support for women who are experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety and grief and loss. I also offer specialized counselling focusing on the inevitable, though often challenging, perimenopausal/menopausal transition.
While perimenopause and menopause are both natural processes women go through, they can be challenging, physically, mentally and emotionally. We will work together to find coping strategies to navigate this often difficult time.
